Finance Minister Yair Lapid told Reshet Bet radio there were no negotiations between the Treasury and Shas over funding for their educational institutions.
Lapid added, "the public, despite temporary criticism, will come to acknowledge that they are fortunate to have responsible representation in the Treasury."
