On Jerusalem Day, Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon toured the city of Jerusalem and was briefed on the anticipated construction plans. Among the plans is a military college on Mount Scopus near Hebrew University
"Hundreds of officers and soldiers will arrive to the city every day and will help to strengthen the position of Israel and the world." Danon stated. The military college is expected to be built over an area of 32 thousand square meters and will serve the more than 1,400 officers and soldiers.
