The central celebration to mark the beginning of Jerusalem Day will take place at the Mercaz Harav Yeshiva, near the Highway 1 entrance to the capital, Tuesday evening. A portion of Tzvi Yehuda Street near the corner of Ha'ilui will be closed to traffic from 7:00 p.m. until 1:00 Wednesday morning.
Motorists are asked to obey the instructions of police officers in the area. Routes of Egged buses will be altered. For more information, call the Egged switchboard (*2800) during business hours.
