A mortar shell exploded, Tuesday morning, in a mine field next to Tel Fares in the Golan Heights. The scene is being examined. As was the case in a similar incident on Monday, the Israel Defense Forces feel the shell was misfired as part of the fighting between Syrian rebels and forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Al-Asad.
