The No'am Siach congregation in the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev Mizrach will usher in Jerusalem Day, Tuesday afternoon, with the dedication of a Torah scroll in memory of Nitai Stern, who fell during the Cast Lead counter-terror operation in Gaza at the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009. Following 6:00 p.m. afternoon services at the synagogue on Rina Nikova Street, the scene will shift at 6:15 to the corner of Meir Gershon and Meir Yoshea' Streets, where the procession with the new Torah scroll will start.

The Torah dedication is scheduled to start at 7:00, followed at 7:50 by a festive evening service in honor of Jerusalem Day.
