Hotovely: Attack Attempt Proves Arabs Don't Want Peace

Member of Knesset Tzipi Hotovely (Likud Beyteinu) reacted to the shooting at Wadi Kelt, Thursday evening, by saying, "The attempted attack which happened tonight is another expression that the Palestinians do not want peace."

Referring to reports of revisions in an Arab League peace proposal, the deputy transportation minister continued, "The peace plan of the Arab League will not yield any results, just as similar initiatives have not achieved anything. The Palestinians and their leaders do not want peace and do not recognize the Jewish people's right to live here. The reality of escalation in the field proves it. Thank G-d this time it ended without casualties."
