Finance Minister Yair Lapid presented Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu with an outline of 18 billion shekels in cuts to the 2013-2014 budget on Monday.
During a meeting attended by Governor Stanley Fischer of the Bank of Israel, Lapid presented a progam of tax increases to raise five billion shekels.
