      Two Incoming Flights Allowed

The Exceptions Committee of the Histadrut Labor Federation decided, Monday to allow two incoming flights to land in spite of the strike of El Al, Arkia and Yisrair. An El Al flight from Paris is carrying the coffin of a French rabbi who headed a deaf persons' organization who asked to be buried in Israel. A flight from Berlin is carrying a group of 90 essential employees from the Chemipal pharmaceutical plant who must return and continue production.

Employees of the three airlines are striking because of perceived layoffs as a result of an "open skies" agreement with the European union, signed on Sunday by the government.
