The Central Investigative Unit in the Northern District of the Israel Police, assisted by Northern District Yassam Special Police and the Shachar 101 Unit found a half-kilogram/one bound demolition block in the western Galilee village of Abu-Senan during a search on Sunday. A demolition block is used by the Israel Defense Forces to blast down doors or walls or set off a bigger explosive.
The security forces also found a stun grenade and six ammunition magazines. A local resident was arrested and faces a hearing for extension of his remand on Monday in a Nazareth court.
