An American-made observation balloon was brought down in the Idlib area near northern Syria's border with Syria, according to a Thursday-evening report by Al-Manar Television in Lebanon.
The Hizbullah-associated channel's reporter said the balloon was equipped with cameras and additionalequipment. It was not reported how and by whom the balloon was brought down.
