Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon instructed the transfer of NIS 60 million from elsewhere in the budget to fill a gap in the grants paid to reservists who served a significant number of days during 2012. The gap was created by the massive callup for the Pillar of Defense operation against Gaza terrorists during the fall.
