The Haifa District Court upheld, Thursday, the decision to release to house arrest the truck driver suspected of causing a fatal accident on April 10th in the Haifa-area of community of Nesher, in which six people died.
Judge Amir Tuvi said there was nothing to police fears that the driver would do anything to disrupt the investigation.
