Winds up to 40 kilometers/26 miles an hour will continue to blow on Friday and light morning rain is forecast from the north to the northern Negev. Otherwise it will be partly cloudy and unseasonably cool, mainly in the mountains. On Shabbat, there will be a significant rise in temperatures, mainly in the mountain and inland areas, making it warmer than usual. Additional significant warming will result in hamsin (sharav in Hebrew) dry heatwave conditions in most areas on Sunday, under hazy skies with high-level clouds. The haze will linger, Monday morning, when partial cloudiness and significantly cooler temperatures are forecast.
