The small community of Itamar located in Samaria is preparing for another day of Passover visitors. The vacation has led thousands across the country to visit nature reserves, parks and other outdoor locations. Activities in the community including horseback riding, a petting zoo and home-made cheese production.
Itamar is known for its organic crops. Residents raise sheep and goats and engage in the production of yogurt, cheese and olive oil. Itamar residents state that approximately 80% of Israel's domestically sold organic eggs originate from the community.
