Private vehicles will be banned from being parked on Jerusalem city streets in select areas to ensure security for the visit of United States president Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry. All cars will be towed to the Gan HaPaamon or Givat Hatachmoshet parking lots.
On Wednesday parking will be unavailable on the following streets: Admoni, King David, Hameches Square, Agron, Paris Square, Ramban, Rupin, Shmuel Weiss, Museum Row, Kaplan (between Rothschild and Rupin), Israel Museum parking lot, Arlozorov, Hanassi, Wingate Square, Smolenskin, Keren Hayesod, Plumer Square, Balfour, Ha’Ari, and Paul Émile Botta.
On Thursday parking will be unavailable on the following streets: Admoni, King David, Hameches, Square, Agron, Paris, Ramban, Rupin, Shmuel Weiss, Museum Row, Kaplan, Ben-Zvi, Shazar, HaNasi HaShishi, Binyanei HaUma, Israel Museum, Museum parking lot, Binyanei HaUma parking lot, Keren Hayesod, Smolanskin, Arlozorov, Plumer Square, Jabotinsky.
On Friday parking will be unavailable on the following streets:
Admoni, King David, Meches, Paris, Ramban, Agron, Rupin, Wolffsohn, Herzl Boulevard, Ish Shalom, Farbshtein Beyth, Uziel, Bayit Vegan, Holland Junction, HaPisga, Yad va’Shem, Mount Herzl, Steven Wise, Museum Row, Givat Ram.
