Hamas declared on Monday that it will continue to transfer weapons from the Sinai Peninsula to Gaza, which is under its control.

Speaking in an interview with the Egyptian newspaper Al-Watan, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said that “bringing arms into Gaza is not a crime, since it is meant for the jihad of the Palestinian people against the occupation.”
