The Israel Police are asking the public's help in finding 56-year-old Michael Silvani of the northern Haifa suburb of Kiryat Ata, who was last seen on a recent evening on a rubber raft in the Kinneret/Sea of Galilee in the area of the Gofra Beach.

Silvani is described as 1.8 meters/5 feet 11 inches tall with medium to full build, black hair and light complexion. He was wearing a spotted beige camouflage outfit and a black hat. Anyone with information that might help authorities locate him is asked to call the police switchboard (100) or investigators at the Tiberias police station: (04) 672-8444.
