Workers in the Health Ministry in Haifa are taking protest measures over conditions that they say endanger their health. The workers argue that their underground offices in a downtown building near the city's industrial area expose them to dangerous materials, some of which may be carcinogenic.

They have accused the Health Ministry of violating a promise to switch them to a temporary office in a more suitable location.
