MK Tzahi Hanegbi (Likud) said Sunday in an interview with Army Radio (Galei Tzahal) that he supports Reuven Rivlin for Knesset Speaker for a second term. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will ultimately decide who serves as speaker, he added.
He told interviewers he does not know if he will be a minister in the next government. “Only Netanyahu knows if I will be a minister and if so, in which position,” he said. “If I am not there – I was in Knesset for many years, and I am happy to go back to being active there.”
