      Report: Likud Proposes Cut to Child Payments


      The Likud Beytenu faction’s coalition negotiating team has proposed including a significant cut to child payments to the coalition agreement, TheMarker reports. According to the proposal, parents would be given 175 shekels per month for each minor child.

      The change would save the government an estimated 2 billion shekels of its current 7 billion shekel budget for child payments.
