Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Saturday night strongly condemned recent violent outbreaks in the city following clashes on the Temple Mount and urged that the all sides learn to coexist.
"I strongly condemn any form of violence, both verbally and physically from every side. It is up to us to maintain coexistence in the city, to calm ourselves and fight physical and verbal violence with the sane majority and anyone looking for coexistence in Jerusalem."
