An Israeli Court on Tuesday will issue its decision on whether or not to agree with the Israel Prison Service's Parole Commission and allow the release of Ofer Gamliel, a resident of Bat Ayin who was convicted in 2003 for his part in a plot to blow up an Arab school in Jerusalem.
He was originally sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, and Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen, oppose the release of Gamliel.
