The Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee met Tuesday morning for a provisional review with IDF chief of Staff, Lt. General Benny Gantz. The general discussed a series of operational issues, intelligence and the budget. A special segment was devoted to discussion of the draft and the possibilities of adapting army life to fit the needs of full-time yeshiva community.
