New Evidence of Vote Buying by Minister, MKs, Candidate

There are new suspicions that a number of Members of Knesset and a candidate paid for votes, according to a Tuesday-morning report by the Yediot Acharonot daily. Also suspected of involvement were former Knesset members and ministers, including a former senior minister, who apparently paid "vote contractors" for support in the primaries of a major party.

The story comes about a week after a similar story involving the apparent vote buying by Member of Knesset Nissan Slomiansky of Habayit Hayehudi (Jewish Home, New National Religious Party).
