Obama Decides on Three New Picks to Fill Cabinet

US President Barack Obama on Monday added three new names to his second term cabinet, deciding on a budget chief, energy secretary and head of the Environmental Protection Agency. The president picked top air quality official Gina McCarthy to head the EPA, physicist Ernest Moniz to lead the Energy Department and Sylvia Mathews Burwell to be the new director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), AFP reported. All three nominees must be confirmed by the Senate.
