U.S. Vice President Joe Biden spoke Monday at the annual AIPAC conference in Washington, where he called on European leaders to designate Lebanon's HIzbullah as a terror organization. 

"We know what Israel knows - that Hizbullah is a terrorist organization. The end. We call on all countries of the world to act against Hizbullah, led by our allies in Europe. "
