15 Killed on Election Day in Kenya

Terrorists with machetes killed at least 15 people in Kenya on Monday, just hours before voting was set to begin for presidential elections aimed at rebuilding the country's image after disputed 2007 poll results led to widespread bloodshed and violence.

The killings were carried out in two separate attacks which senior police officers blamed on a separatist movement not connected to the 2007 killings which were linked to ethnically-motivated violence.
