Police in Binyamin arrested a 22  year old man suspected of carrying out "price tag" crimes at the entrance to Shilo. 

The young man, a resident of Jerusalem, arrived at the entrance to Shilo and sprayed graffiti on a number of Palestinian-Arab vehicles with the words "Revenge," "Price tag" and "Death to Arabs."

Binyamin police arrived at the scene and spotted the suspect, who attempted to flee but was eventually caught.
