Jail Time, Fine for Attack on Pennsylvania Jewish Camp

Twenty-two-year-old Mark Trail of Honesdale, Pennsylvania was sentenced, late last week to between six and 36 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for his part in last summer's attack on Camp Bonim, a Jewish summer camp. Trail pleaded guilty in December to charges of felony ethic intimidation, three counts of misdemeanor terroristic threats and a count of misdemeanor conspiracy-criminal assault. He was also ordered to pay more than $2,500 in fines and damage, stay away from the camp, undergo substance-abuse testing and complete an anger-management program. 

Eighteen-year-old co-defendent Tyler Spencer of Linden, Tennessee pleaded guilty in January and will be sentenced in April.
