The military prosecutor's office decided, Sunday, that the soldier who accidentally shot and killed Rabbi Dan Mertzbach of Otniel in November 2011 at a checkpoint near Hevron will not be charged.

Two women riding in the car driven by Rabbi Mertzbach were wounded in the shooting.
