Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu attempted to explain Saturday night why he has thus far been unable to form a coalition government. 

"The main reason I did not finish forming the government until now is because there is an exclusion of certain societies in Israel, and it does not fit within my view," Netanyahu said, adding, "We as Jews have suffered from exclusions."

"The people who need to understand this more than anyone are the public in Judea and Samaria," Netanyahu said.
