Yesh Atid Chairman Yair Lapid on Saturday night questioned the decision to automatically include the hareidi parties in the government.
"I do not believe Shas and United Torah Judaism can sit in a government that will make the changes that we called for during the elections," he wrote on his Facebook.
"From where did this principle arise which states that regardless of the election results, and regardless of which direction the residents of Israel chose, the hareidi parties must remain in the government?" he added.
