Abraham Kabeto Ketla of Ethiopia won the third annual Jerusalem International Marathon, Friday, setting a record for the event of two hours, 16 minutes and 29.25 seconds. He finished seconds ahead of Luka Kipkemoi Chelimo and Vincent Kiplagat Kiptoo of Kenya.
Mihiret Anamo Anotonios set a women's record of 2:47:26.4 in leading a 1-2 Ethiopian finish in the women's division. Radiya Mohammed Roba crossed the finish line in 3:05:58.15. Elissa Ballas of the United States was awarded third place with a time of 3:11:37.7.
