An 80-year-old driver of an electric buggy was hit by a vehicle, Tuesday morning, on David Raziel Street in Bat-Yam, south of Tel Aviv.

Magen David Adom paramedics took the man to Wolfson Hospital in nearby Holon, in critical condition.
