MK Esawi Frij (Meretz) on Monday blamed the Israeli government for an incident in which an Arab youth in the city of Yafo was attacked by Jews.

In a statement he issued, Frij said that “this cowardly attack is a direct result of the racism that permeates all levels of the political establishment and is encouraged by the government.”
