The IDF has decided to prohibit Israeli travel between the towns of Carmei Tzur and the Okafim junction on Monday in order to allow the funeral of Palestinian Authority resident terrorist Arafat Jaradat to pass through. Security at the funeral will be provided by armed PA policemen.

Jaradat died while in Israeli custody. While an autopsy showed no clear cause of death, the PA has claimed that Israel tortured him to death.
