Jibril Rajoub, a senior member of Fatah, told Channel 2 that the Israeli government is responsible for the death of Arafat Jaradat, the Palestinian-Arab prisoner who died in an Israeli jail on Saturday from what an autopsy revealed was cardiac arrest. "We consider the Israeli government responsible for the death of a prisoner who was arrested a few days ago," he said.
"The issue of prisoners is important and sensitive for us. We have prisoners who have been detained since the time of the Oslo Accords," he added.
"You have to decide: Are we partners, do you want peace and co - existence. Do not listen to the right. Decide where you are going. You must check the resistance of your hooligans".
