MK Ayelet Shaked (Jewish Home) accused the extreme left of provoking Palestinian-Arab rioters and inflaming their agenda by not condemning the violence. 

"These are not demonstrations, but riots," she wrote on her Facebook. "We must not let the extreme left confuse us as to who is right in this struggle. We stand behind the soldiers, Border Police and the Prison Service and urge the Israeli government to stand firm against the provocations of the extreme left and the Palestinians."
