Issa Qaraqaa, the Palestinian Authority official in charge of matters involving PA prisoners in Israeli custody claims that the prisoner who died of heart failure on Saturday was killed in the course of interrogation.

Qaraqaa said the PA would demand the establishment of an international investigation panel into the circumstances of the prisoner's death.
