The Jerusalem District Prosecution has recently submitted an indictment against Ziyyad Dandis of Jerusalem, 20, and Abed Alhaqi Abdah of the village of Marda, 21, charging them with conspiracy to commit a crime, abduction, aggravated robbery and other offenses.

According to the indictment, they collaborated with Iyyad Samour to carjack Israeli taxicabs and sell them in the West Bank.
