Rabbinical Court to Set Penalty for Recalcitrant Husband

The Supreme Court has given the Rabbinical Court jurisdiction to determine if a recalcitrant husband will continue his prison term or will go free, despite his wife’s decision to retract the damages claim against him, hoping to continue intimidation measures against him. The Dead end organization calls to the Rabbinical Court to take her side and prolong the penalty in order to encourage the divorce.
