Rabbi of Talmon Makes Sabbath Kiddush for Bikers

Bikers of the Harley Davidson club on a cross-country weekend trek had to go through the Yesha town of Talmon last Sabbath, and the local residents welcomed the Shabbos guests warmly. The Rabbi of Talmon, Rami Berachyahu hosted them in a lavish Kiddush with Kugel, pickles, cake and drinks. The bikers were moved to tears as the Rabbi recited the ancient traditional Kiddush liturgy in praise of the Divine gift of the Sabbath over a cup of wine. They even called after the Sabbath saying, “Rabbi, your loving care for fellow Jews has left an eternal impression on our souls.”
