In a strong letter of protest, a group of Rabbis wrote against recent media slander of the Chief Rabbinate, “We castigate  the rampant media slander of the prominent institution of the Chief Rabbinate, the beating spiritual heart that unites the nation ever since its establishment by Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook.

“Our nation will always know to preserve its eternity by clinging to the Torah and to those who bear its flag.”
