Rambam Hospital in Haifa reported that a man who was brought in Tuesday night with critical injuries, the result of a car accident near Beit Shean, died early Wednesday morning. 

The man, in his forties, was injured when a private car collided with a commercial vehicle on road 71. Another person was injured in the accident and sustained minor injuries. he was taken to Valley Hospital in Afula.
