An investigative report into the suicide of "Prisoner X" revealed that alleged Mossad agent Ben Zygier committed suicide in the shower of his cell room, using a bed sheet.

"The deceased was found hanging in the shower of the prison cell, with a bed sheet tied around his neck suspended from a window in the bathroom," the report, released by the Judge Daphna Blatman-Kedrai, stated.

The state allowed only the partial release of details from the report, maintaining that key details could not be published due to a possible investigation into a negligence case in Zygier's suicide.
