Justice Minister Prof Yaakov Ne’eman signed new accessibility for the disabled regulations Tuesday. The regulations will be enacted in six months.

According to the new regulations, all public services must be accessible to the disabled, offering them respectable, independent and safe service.

Service providers will be required, for example, to purchase audio technology for the hearing-impaired, while making the technology easily accessible.
