Police Seize Na'alin Firecrackers Sold to Lapid Youth


Detectives from the Binyamin police station caught two 16-year-olds from the Jewish community of Lapid, Monday, after they bought fireworks and firecrackers from a resident of the Palestinian Authority town of Na'alin. The detectives confiscated the contraband but released the boys. Later they seized a car belonging to the Arab, discovering commercial quantities of various fireworks and firecrackers, and they expect to make an arrest.

The police called on youngsters refrain from using dangerous toys as a way to prevent injury and damage.
