Shmulik Kraus to be Laid to Rest Monday Afternoon


Singer songwriter Shmulik Kraus, who passed away on Sunday evening, will be brought to rest on Monday at 3:00 p.m. at the Yarkon Cemetery near Tel Aviv.

Kraus died after being hospitalized for ten days at the Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv after being diagnosed with swine flu. He was known as a solo artist but also sang with Avi Ofarim in the 1950s and formed the High Windows trio with then-wife Josie Katz and famous Israeli singer Arik Einstein in the 1960s.
