MK Ofer Shelah of Yesh Atid told Arutz 10 that there is no alliance between his party and the Jewish Home Part, despite reports that the two have formed a partnership during coalition negotiations.

"There is an identity of interests in coalition negotiations between us, but I think that all of these statements about a 'union' are quite naive," said Shelah.

"This is politics," Shelah said. "You're talking about an egg that has not yet hatched. Obama's visit will create a situation in which political issues will have to become clear to those who sit in the next government," he said.
