The Jerusalem District Court convicted two senior Hamas figures, the Jerusalem Affairs Minister and a member of parliament for terrorist activity and illegal residence in Israel.

Khaled abu Arfa and Mahmed Totah were convicted in a plea bargain following their  confession.
